Slurp is our conjoint Japanese-style ramen shop, where slow-cooked pork and chicken bones form the base for deliciously rich and full-bodied broths. Each dish is topped with a colourful assortment of vegetables, and a perfectly marinated soft-boiled egg. The signature Tonkotsu ramen is a fan favourite, but with a range of vegan and vegetarian options, there’s a bowl to suit all dietary requirements and lifestyles.
